  • Robin Dayton

    Robin Dayton - Broker/CEO

    Robin Dayton is the proud Broker/CEO of Dayton Dynasty Realty, LLC - "Where you are Treated like Royalty." Robin brings poise and grace as a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of real estate experience. Mrs. Dayton is well respected, with a proven reputation of being a thorough and consummate professional in her efforts to enhance her customers' service experience. Robin is known throughout the Real Estate industry for her integrity and negotiating skills. She has assisted buyers and sellers in both Missouri & Kansas. Mrs. Dayton brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience, inclusive of relocation strategies designed to assist a diverse clientele base.

    Robin is a graduate of Avila University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing & Finance. Not only is she an advocate for proper real estate practices, but she is also referred to as "The Negotiator," and has taught such classes as Professional Etiquette, How to Avoid Derogatory Lending Practices, and Diversity in the Workplace.

  • Michael Dayton

    Michael Dayton - Realtor

    Michael Dayton was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and is a graduate from Rockhurst University, with a degree in Accounting. Michael has over 15 years in real estate development and facility management experience, starting with his work as Accounting Manager for the Kansas City, Missouri School District’s (KCMSD) - Capital Improvement Program (CIP) where he implemented a construction management software program to streamline $750 Million Dollar commercial development project. After the KCMSD, Michael went to work for the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC) as their Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations, where he oversaw single family and multi-family residential construction projects, retail and commercial renovation projects – including management of shopping centers, commercial office buildings and mini industrial parks. During his 10 years working on various urban redevelopment and community enhancement projects Mr. Dayton obtained his certification in Economic Development Finance from the National Development Council.

    After CDC-KC, Michael went to work for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation where he wrote the curriculum for the Kauffman’s Coaches Program – which ultimately became the Urban Entrepreneur Partnership (UEP) program working with the Business Consortium of the White House and the National Urban League. After program implementation Michael was promoted to Deputy Director over the Gulf-coast UEP, focused on helping businesses recover from Hurricane Katrina/Rita. After leaving the Kauffman Foundation Michael started his own consulting business Graham Brice & Associates where he served as President/CEO, providing interim Fiscal Management and real estate development consulting. Michael is eager to be a part of the dynamic Dayton Dynasty Realty, LLC – focused on growing the residential and commercial departments of the regional organization.

    LaKeisha Birks is a devoted, family-oriented mom and avid sports enthusiast, with a competitive, go-getter mentality. Born and raised in Kansas City, MO, she is a graduate of Missouri Valley College, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. LaKeisha is known throughout the community for her honesty, compassion, loyalty, and drive. She is also recognized for her early years as a Blue Springs youth basketball coach, a volunteer in her son’s local schools, and her affiliation with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City.

    LaKeisha is currently a Systems Engineer with over 20 years of Information Technology experience. Within these 20 years, LaKeisha has been a contractor with the Federal Government, with roles to include a Regional IT Manager, maintaining consistent network scalability and providing top level performance for customers across the United States. She is also a member of Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP). LaKeisha is highly motivated, flexible and great at problem solving. LaKeisha is excited to bring her tenacity, and uncanny ability to provide excellent customer service to the Dayton Dynasty Realty, LLC team.

    Deidre McClellan is an Transaction Administrative Professional with over two decades of successful experience working with large conglomerates, civic and non-profit organizations, as well as entrepreneurial companies. She is able to tailor her skills to meet the growing and evolving needs of clients on demand. Deidre specializes in business writing, and has superb administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

    In addition to her administrative roles, Deidre is active in outreach and community endeavors.
